Hot tub Bob was great and very informative. It’s my first hot tub purchase and so far we are loving it. We use it nearly each day and find myself thinking why did I wait so long. The delivery was smooth and they went over everything from how to prime the pumps, change the chemicals, test etc. I can’t remember their names but They’ve thought Of everything and was super impressed. Set up only took 45 minutes for them to place it etc. Only bummer is my cover clips broke because I kept forgetting to undo the back ones. They warned me about it, I just forgot.

Went in to buy a spa and the salesman was informative and very helpful in helping us choose a spa. From start to finish it was an easy and great experience. They were accommodating and worked with us to make sure everything was smooth and installation scheduled and delivered on time! Great staff and great company.

We love Bullfrog Spas! This was a great experience for our first hot tub! Marci was very helpful and informative, walked us thru everything from color to what each spa pack felt like. And even the best size for our needs. I cant remember the names of the delivery crew they were nice but they did seem a little rushed, My cover is intalled a little crooked my clips dont line up. But they were very informative.
