We looked for a long time for the right hot tub. I had heard that they are hard to find right now. I completely believe it. I expressed that to Shawn and he confirmed the inventory challenge, but also said he would go on the hunt to find one for us. A couple of days after I gave Shawn the specs of our preferred hot tub, he called and said he found one for us. Purchasing it was smooth and Shawn was really pleasant to work with. We had the tub delivered about a week later and the install was easy. We had a question in the first few days of using the new tub and Shawn answered our question quickly via text, which we really appreciated! It’s a great hot tub and we’re very happy to have been able to get one with the current supply chain issues.

Best investment! Worked with Shawn on the details he was a big help with picking out the right jet packs for what I wanted. Kept me in the loop throughout the process which was definitely worth the wait. Very easy to maintain and take care of. Extremely happy with the Bullfrog plan on enjoying for many years to come.
