Staff was very helpful and patient. Jeremy made the process of ordering the product that met our needs very easy. I am very pleased with our new spa and highly recommend Bullfrog Spas in Twin Falls. Wade R. Bullfrog had been great! From their patience with us when looking at many models of hot tubs, showing us different jet packs to making sure we understood how to operate it! Their customer service is excellent! We love our hot tub! Deb M. If you are looking for a spa go talk with Jeremy!! He was excellent to work with!! He went over and beyond on answering my questions and making sure we went over everything that was needed!! He kept me updated and also followed through making sure I was happy after the spa was delivered!! Great customer service! Chelsie D. They answered all of our questions and helped us find the right model that would fit our needs. I really like how you can choose your own jet packs and the shoulder one is definitely a favorite. The Bluetooth speaker system sounds really good, and the sensor pad is user-friendly. The guys who came to set up the hot tub were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. 5 stars all the way! Brandy Y. We love our Bullfrog Spa!! Tanner is the best and took time to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend buying your hot-tub from Bullfrogs Spa!! Whitney M. I have a 20 year old Bullfrog spa, and it's not easy finding replacement parts sometimes. The team, here, helped me track down what I needed very quickly. Their service was excellent, and most important to me, they're honest. I highly recommend Bullfrog spas, and I'm glad to have this store in town when I need parts and service. Shaun W.
