He kept me updated and also followed through making sure I was happy after the spa was delivered!! Great customer service!

They answered all of our questions and helped us find the right model that would fit our needs. I really like how you can choose your own jet packs and the shoulder one is definitely a favorite. The Bluetooth speaker system sounds really good, and the sensor pad is user-friendly. The guys who came to set up the hot tub were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. 5 stars all the way!
