Randy and Stefanie made our first ever hot tub buying process seamless! We went to several other stores and Randy was the only one that did not bombard us with too much information or “salesman” vibe. Stefanie was quick to take our information/order (A7L) and provided input on the jet packs “must have’s” and I’m so glad we went with her recommendations.
