Bullfrog had been great! From their patience with us when looking at many models of hot tubs, showing us different jet packs to making sure we understood how to operate it! Their customer service is excellent! We love our hot tub!

They answered all of our questions and helped us find the right model that would fit our needs. I really like how you can choose your own jet packs and the shoulder one is definitely a favorite. The Bluetooth speaker system sounds really good, and the sensor pad is user-friendly. The guys who came to set up the hot tub were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. 5 stars all the way!

I have a 20 year old Bullfrog spa, and it's not easy finding replacement parts sometimes. The team, here, helped me track down what I needed very quickly. Their service was excellent, and most important to me, they're honest. I highly recommend Bullfrog spas, and I'm glad to have this store in town when I need parts and service.

I purchased my Bullfrog Spa in October and have used it everyday since. Not only is it beautiful but it is so easy to take care of. The FrogEase system and the Ozone is the key. All you have to do is change the cartridges and I add Protect Plus and the Natural Clarifier weekly. The features that sold me on this spa is the unique plumbing technique used in its construction that eliminates so many connections that have a potential of leaking and of course the jet packs.

I can't say enough great things about George, Todd, and the team at Bullfrog... as well as their SPAS!!! I love the jetpacks and how we customized our jets/seats. When we were shopping and trying to figure out the difference between the other spas we tried, they let us do a "wet test" by getting in the spa at the showroom. We immediately noticed a difference and felt like we got a true customized experience! Then, George helped us with financing and Todd delivered the spa. Best customer service we've received by far!!!

It’s great that there is now a Bullfrog showroom in Vegas. We went in and met George and Jim who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the best spa for our lifestyle (lots of kids in our backyard, especially now). I had been considering getting a spa for the last couple of years. I did a lot of research and finally pulled the trigger on a Bullfrog A9L. Bullfrog quality can’t be matched. I am a huge fan of less plumbing lines. I also like that you can change the back jets to any configuration. The spa is very easy to maintain compared to others.

If customer service is as important to you, as the product you are buying, go see George! He demonstrates outstanding professionalism and his knowledge of the Bullfrog Spa’s is exceptional. George even gave me his personal cell phone number and answered each and every text I wrote him without hesitation. Okay, to be honest, I do love the Bullfrog Spa too. The jet pack feature makes the spa personal and unique.

AMAZING spas! I love my Bullfrog Spa and PAM was awesome to help us pick the perfect one out. GO VISIT her, you won't be disappointed. Bullfrog spas are like no other spa on the market. They are made in USA and extremely energy efficient. I haven't noticed my electricity bill change at all and I run it twice a day like the manual says to. Setup was simple and easy and we are reaping the rewards every day! Ask PAM about the FROG@Ease system, it truly makes spa chemical management simple, so simple a caveman could do it.

I never write reviews. I just have to say this: Pam is one of the most caring nicest people I have ever met. She has been out to my Mother’s house twice to help her. First Pam gave her a private lesson on how to operate the jacuzzi, then she came out again to show her how to drain it. Five star service all the way. We bought this to help her arthritis. The sales people Pam & Debbie were great! They spent a long time talking with me and invited me to do a wet test. I returned for the wet test and they had lots of patience with me as I wanted to test most of the jets in case I wanted to buy a Bullfrog. I was able to take as much time as I needed to decide on the jets. Once I did the wet test I was sold on the Bullfrog.

Our experience with Bullfrog Spas Avondale was amazing! We went to several different spa stores while shopping and nothing came close to the product and experience we received at Bullfrog. We worked with Pam throughout our experience. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and quite simply a joy to be around. Even after we purchased our spa she has been constantly available to answer questions and help a first time spa owner with even the most basic of issues. We actually consider her a friend at this point! As for the product, we tried several different spas and nothing came close to Bullfrog. From the interchangeable jet packs to the styling and to the WiFi connectivity with our home it's just an incredible spa.

Aaaahh. This is exactly what we were hoping it would be. The leg massage, the shoulders, the lower lumbar. It all feels wonderful. We bought ours at Logan, and Tom there was very patient in explaining all of the features and helped us pick the perfect tub for our family. The delivery was prompt and efficient, and the crane was fun to watch.

I recently purchased a Bullfrog Spa, the third spa purchase I've made. It is by far the most uniquely designed spa, allowing flexible jet pack configurations and comfort. The experience I had in purchasing it was vastly superior due to the professionalism and expertise of the staff.

Talk about above and beyond...This is one of those rare times I would give more stars if I could. Visited the showroom a couple of times and the salesperson and manager were great, no hard sell and they answered all our questions. After a couple of weeks we decided on an R7.

We love our Bullfrog Spa! If you are thinking about getting a spa, do yourself a favor and at least stop into the showroom. George was great! He was super knowledgeable about the product, patient with our many, many questions and indecisiveness, and at no point did we feel the “salesman” pressure to “buy now”. We bought when we were ready (after a few trips to the showroom) and had a great experience. The spa itself is awesome. Customizable, the maintenance is pretty simple, great quality and energy efficient. Our bill only went up $25 the first month and we had to heat it for the first time in chilly January and maintain that temp. They had to crane it into our backyard, which I was worried about; but it was actually really cool and very professionally done. All around, great spa and experience. Thank you!

George's ability to explain the build and quality of the product, coupled with his guidance on what was available and possible within our budget led to the spa of our dreams, in about 30 minutes. What an experience! I moved into my new home the week before the Covid shutdown of 2020. Realizing it may be a long time before the residential pool and spa here would open, I decided to get my own private spa as soon as possible. I called George at Bullfrog Spa. The showroom was closed due to shutdown, so George brought the brochure to my home, and we picked out the right one for me the same day! Two days later, the electrician, called by George, came and upgraded my power. A week later, two guys from Bullfrog delivered my new spa, installed it, and filled it. The next day, I had a hot tub, with jets and built in light show. I enjoy it daily! As I am an elderly lady, I found my arthritic aches and pains lessening; and no longer need the chiropractor or! Two years later, aches and pains are gone! It's easy for me to maintain by myself, and I can get my supplies at the local Bullfrog Spa supplier! Highly recommend Bullfrog Spa and, of course, George.

Because a couple of our neighbors have bullfrog spas, and hearing how happy they were, we decided to investigate. After some practical testing in our neighbors spas and some on-line research, we decided to make a trip down to the Orem factory store. It was our good fortune to meet Franz and to do business with him. We’re sure the other sales people are just as good, but we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Franz is extremely knowledgeable, answered our questions and even anticipated questions given our limited knowledge about spas in general. As it’s not always the case, our after sales experience has also been great! Bullfrog gives you 30-days to try the jet packs that you’ve selected when making your purchase and if you’re not pleased with any of them, they’ll allow you to try others and replace the ones you don’t like. We’ve gone a couple of times to swap a jet pack out for another. Always greeted with enthusiasm and willingness to help us get it right. So far, nothing but praises for Franz and our R8 hot tub. We LOVE it….Thanks Bullfrog for making such a great product!

We had a wonderful experience buying our Bullfrog spa, expertly guided by Franz at the Orem UT store. He was very helpful. Our daughter's family has a big Bullfrog Spa, which suits their needs. My wife and I bought an R5L and it is just right for our needs as empty-nesters. It has places for 2 JetPaks; our favorites are the Neck Blaster, Oscillator, and Wellness. I really like the lounge position with the Oscillator and my wife really likes the Neck Blaster in the seated position. We think the Bullfrog spas are well-designed and well-built, and look forward to many years of enjoyment.

Franz knows more about hot tubs than anyone I’ve ever known. We were wanting a hot tub but were not sure if the Bullfrog spa was worth the cost. A year later and it is hands down one of the best things we have ever purchased. The whole family loves it! I knew we’d love it at night, but what I didn’t expect is how much we I like it in the early mornings. The jet packs are movable so everyone, tall or medium, gets the right massage where they like it best. I especially love the jets for the feet. Keeping the water clear and balanced has not been hard. Talk to Franz. He’ll help you get a configuration you’ll love and can coach you every step of the way. Worth it!

I stopped by to purchase the Trio for my hot tub. The staff was very knowledgeable and motivated. They provided honest answers to my questions and educated me on how to balance out my water. This was 30 mins after the posted close time, where they could've very well of asked me to come back Monday. The customer service was impeccable, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Wow, Our Bullfrog M9 has been amazing!!! Truly a great purchase for us. Christine sealed the deal for us though. Her customer service and walking through all the models was so helpful in us making our final decision. We originally wanted the M9, put a deposit down and started to have 2nd thoughts on size. Christine spent well over 2hrs with us going over each hot tub. Actually got in a few with us to see sizes. We are so glad we chose Bullfrog and very excited that we were able to work with Christine. We looked for a long time for the right hot tub. I had heard that they are hard to find right now. I completely believe it. I expressed that to Shawn and he confirmed the inventory challenge, but also said he would go on the hunt to find one for us. A couple of days after I gave Shawn the specs of our preferred hot tub, he called and said he found one for us. Purchasing it was smooth and Shawn was really pleasant to work with. We had the tub delivered about a week later and the install was easy. We had a question in the first few days of using the new tub and Shawn answered our question quickly via text, which we really appreciated! It’s a great hot tub and we’re very happy to have been able to get one with the current supply chain issues.

We received our R series Bullfrog Spa a few days ago and have been really enjoying it for both relaxation and therapy. We are both "active seniors" so we end up with assorted aches and pains after a few hours on the courts. Firing up the Bullfrog jet packs at full speed hits all the right spots and we get out totally relaxed. Running the pump on low speed gives just enough jet action to almost fall asleep! The installation by the Bullfrog team went very smoothly and they got the spa all started up with chemicals and programming. Before they left they went through how to operate everything and cleaned up the site. Very professional. Great team and great spa!

Looking to purchase a hot tub strictly for therapy purposes. The process is a bit daunting as we have never owned one. Popped into Bullfrog Spas today at the Glendale location. Jodi, the Store Manager, was so helpful! She spent a good 30-40 minutes patiently answering all my questions and educating me on the construction/jet choices/etc. I left with a packet and homework to research which spa will best fit our budget and needs. I encourage folks to drop into the location and take advantage of the opportunity to actually sit in one of the spas (dry) to see how particular models fit your body type. Ask for Jodi, she's excellent.

Jodi and the Bullfrog team were I incredible! The process was very smooth and Jodi provided invaluable information and support. The only critique I would have would be the length of time to get my spa. However, once it was all set up and I had a chance to see the quality and workmanship that went into its construction, I completely understand why it took a while. I have to say it was definitely worth the wait. I will recommend Bullfrog to everyone I know who is in the market for a spa and will direct them to Jodi. Hot tub Bob was great and very informative. It’s my first hot tub purchase and so far we are loving it. We use it nearly each day and find myself thinking why did I wait so long. The delivery was smooth and they went over everything from how to prime the pumps, change the chemicals, test etc. I can’t remember their names but They’ve thought Of everything and was super impressed. Set up only took 45 minutes for them to place it etc. Only bummer is my cover clips broke because I kept forgetting to undo the back ones. They warned me about it, I just forgot.

We love Bullfrog Spas! This was a great experience for our first hot tub! Marci was very helpful and informative, walked us thru everything from color to what each spa pack felt like. And even the best size for our needs. I cant remember the names of the delivery crew they were nice but they did seem a little rushed, My cover is intalled a little crooked my clips dont line up. But they were very informative.
