Hot tub Bob was great and very informative. It’s my first hot tub purchase and so far we are loving it. We use it nearly each day and find myself thinking why did I wait so long. The delivery was smooth and they went over everything from how to prime the pumps, change the chemicals, test etc. I can’t remember their names but They’ve thought Of everything and was super impressed. Set up only took 45 minutes for them to place it etc. Only bummer is my cover clips broke because I kept forgetting to undo the back ones. They warned me about it, I just forgot.
