Great location to buy a hot tub. Staff was very helpful and patient. Jeremy made the process of ordering the product that met our needs very easy. I am very pleased with our new spa and highly recommend Bullfrog Spas in Twin Falls.

I stopped by to purchase the Trio for my hot tub. The staff was very knowledgeable and motivated. They provided honest answers to my questions and educated me on how to balance out my water. This was 30 mins after the posted close time, where they could've very well of asked me to come back Monday. The customer service was impeccable, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for taking care of me!!

Most importantly beyond the fact that this is a great spa, I really want to say thank you to the people at the Gilbert store for the way they've treated us and how they handled a very small issue that we had at delivery. Jonathan took care of me almost immediately and went above and beyond (times 10) to make me a very happy customer.

We received our R series Bullfrog Spa a few days ago and have been really enjoying it for both relaxation and therapy. We are both "active seniors" so we end up with assorted aches and pains after a few hours on the courts. Firing up the Bullfrog jet packs at full speed hits all the right spots and we get out totally relaxed. Running the pump on low speed gives just enough jet action to almost fall asleep! The installation by the Bullfrog team went very smoothly and they got the spa all started up with chemicals and programming. Before they left they went through how to operate everything and cleaned up the site. Very professional. Great team and great spa!

At every turn from purchase, to install, to ongoing maintenance and support, they have by far exceeded any expectations. Customer service is number one for them which is great!

I’ve had my hot tub for three years. I go in once or twice a year to pick up chemicals. I still love my hot tub and my salesmen still recognizes me when I come in.
